We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time.
A confirmation message will be sent once your appointment is scheduled.
Please arrive on time so you can enjoy your full treatment.
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you.
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure our next client’s appointment begins on time.
The full service fee will still apply.
All treatments and services are non-refundable once performed. However, if you experience any concerns, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.

Please inform your therapist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your treatment.
To maintain a calm and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services be present in the treatment area.
We accept EFTPOS, cash, and Afterpay. All prices are in NZD and may be subject to change without notice.
